At smashing magazine, they posted some 60 odd designs that are good design wise and could very well be inspirational when designing new website and templates.
I found the list to be excellent, as the posted website use a good deal of CSS to get the right look and feel into their sites. Also the color combination and the font select in all the sites are great - how else would they have put up in the 60+ “elegant” designs
