distance

by vivek

its been a week since the last post, i have been walking jogging running in circles, lines and nearly other possible shapes. all in preparation for the Helsinki city marathon.

defying the very logic in which champion marathoners train.

instead of taking a break from rigorous training during the last 2 weeks before the marathon, i started my training 2 weeks before the marathon. instead of doing a half marathon first, i will be doing a full fledged marathon first up.

stamina, endurance, aching ankle the distance all weighing in their pressure on me, as the day closes on.

i get a flow going, then the ankle kicks in, and i flounder all that i gained, a few rest days later i get back on, only to start over again.
